People who are not used to being in the mountains are not always aware of the difficulties that such an environment brings with it - starting with the importance of adequate equipment. No, I don't mean ice axe or camelback - because even though they are very useful - and even "normal" tourists have probably been strongly recommended to use it - I am always struck by how little attention is paid to adequate footwear, for example. Such a simple thing. And apparently so difficult. I would like to raise awareness of this too. If simple measures can prevent a mountain rescue, which often poses a certain danger to the rescuers themselves, a lot has already been achieved. In my knowledge-box you will therefore find many aspects that are particularly useful for people who are not professional mountaineers.
